Reminder terms:

Your trust is very important to us, and we fully understand the importance of personal information to you. We will take corresponding security measures in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, and do our best to protect the security and controllability of your personal information. In view of this, Wuxi Inma Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as  "we"), as an independent developer of the SnaptoBook application, has formulated this Privacy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") as a promise to protect user privacy and reminds you:

This agreement only applies to the application products and services of SnaptoBook, and does not apply to the services provided to you by other third parties. Before using SnaptoBook application products and services, please carefully read and fully understand this agreement, especially the terms marked in bold/underlined. You should focus on reading and confirm your full understanding and agreement before starting to use. Your usage behavior is deemed as a full understanding and agreement to this agreement. If you have any questions, opinions or suggestions regarding the content of this agreement, you can contact us through various contact methods provided by the APP.

 

Part 1 Definition

SnaptoBook: Refers to SnaptoBook mobile clients (including but not limited to apps, mini programs, websites, etc.).

Personal information: refers to various information recorded electronically or in other ways that can identify the identity of a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person, either individually or in combination with other information.

Personal sensitive information: refers to personal information such as ID number, personal biometric information, bank account number, property information, travel trajectory, transaction information, and information of children under 14 years old (including 14 years old) (we will prominently mark specific personal sensitive information in bold, underlined, etc. in this agreement).

Personal information deletion: refers to the act of clearing personal information in the systems involved in implementing product and service functions, in order to maintain a non retrievable and inaccessible state.

Anonymization processing: refers to the process of using technical processing of personal information to make the subject of personal information unrecognizable, and the processed information cannot be restored.

SDK: Refers to software tool development packages.

1 The permissions we have and the collection and use of your personal information

We will only collect and use your information under legal, legitimate, and necessary conditions. When you use our products and/or services, the scenarios where we need/may need to collect and use your personal information only include: in order to provide you with the basic functions of our products and/or services, you must authorize us to collect and use the necessary information. If you refuse to provide the necessary information, you will not be able to use our products and/or services normally.

a.  You fully understand and agree to continue using the services of this software. This software will grant you the following permissions based on the corresponding functions of the app:

(1) Register an account to log in to the application

You can also register and log in through third-party accounts such as WeChat and Apple ID. At the same time, we will obtain your profile picture, nickname, and other authorization information on the third-party platform.

(2) Identify ticket information, organize and store ticket functions

Obtain your photo album and storage permissions to upload tickets to the app, identify corresponding consumption amounts, items, and locations, and save the generated reimbursement vouchers (reimbursement forms) to the photo album or local.

(3) Application installation list

Get your application installation list, mainly used to confirm the existence of third-party payment tools to complete payment and other functions.

(4) Clipboard permissions

Get your clipboard permission, mainly used to copy invitation links, in order to invite friends to get free membership and other functions.

(5) Email account

Get your or your friend's email account for sending invitation codes, sending receipts, and generating reimbursement vouchers (reimbursement forms)

(6) Operation and Safe Operation

To maintain the normal and stable operation of products and services, protect the safety and legitimate interests of you, other users, or the public, we will collect the following necessary information:

l   Obtain network information (IP address, WiFi information, base station information, DNS address, DHCP address, SSID, BSSID) and location information (latitude and longitude): used to optimize network connection requests between SDK and our server, ensure service stability and continuity, and achieve regional push function.

l   To identify your device ID and prevent malicious programs and cheating, improve service security, and ensure operational quality and efficiency, we will collect information about your device (including IMEI, MEID, AndroidID, IMSI, Guid, Mac address, OAID), the applications you have installed, or the running processes.

l   To determine if your device has the corresponding software to complete the sharing and payment functions, we will read your software application list information.

l   To monitor software errors and anomalies, as well as optimize and upgrade the platform, we will collect information on abnormal operation of the application software.

l   To achieve operational error reporting and analyze and solve the problems you encounter during use, we will collect your device information (Guid, MAC address), browsing, and operation records.

l   In order to prevent fraud and protect your transaction security during use, we will collect information on the location of your device.

 

b. Use of SDK

In order to ensure the stable operation and functional implementation of our client, so that you can use and enjoy more services and functions, our application will embed authorized partner SDKs or other similar applications. We will strictly monitor the security of third-party information acquisition SDKs to protect data security. We will conduct strict security checks on software tool development kits (SDKs) used by authorized partners to obtain relevant information, and agree with authorized partners on strict data protection measures to handle personal information in accordance with this policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

 

c. Other

If the information you provide contains personal information of other users, please ensure that you have obtained legal authorization before providing us with this personal information. If it involves personal information of children, you need to obtain the consent of the corresponding child guardian before providing it.

2. If we use the information for other purposes not specified in this agreement, or collect information for specific purposes for other purposes, or if we proactively obtain your information from a third party, we will obtain your consent in advance.

 

d. Exceptions to obtaining authorization

You fully understand and agree that we do not require your authorization to collect and use your personal information under the following circumstances, and we may not respond to your requests for correction/modification, deletion, cancellation, withdrawal of consent, or request for information:

 

l   Related to national security and national defense security;

l   Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;

l   Related to judicial or administrative law enforcement such as criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and enforcement of judgments;

l   For the purpose of safeguarding your or others' significant legitimate rights and interests such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain my consent;

l   Personal information that you disclose to the public on your own;

l   Collecting personal information from legally disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels;

l   As required by your signing and performance of relevant agreements or other written documents;

l   Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the provided products and/or services;

l   Necessary for legitimate news reporting;

l   Other situations stipulated by laws and regulations.

 

2 How do we use cookies

 

Cookies, device information identification and other similar technologies are widely used in the Internet. When you use related services, we may use related technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect and identify information about your access and use of this product. We promise not to use cookies for any purpose other than those stated in this privacy policy. We use cookies and similar technologies mainly to achieve the following functions or services:

Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of products and services: We may set up authentication and security cookies or anonymous identifiers to confirm whether you are securely logging into the service, or whether you have encountered theft, fraud, and other illegal activities. These technologies will also help us improve service efficiency, enhance login and response speed.

Helping you achieve a more relaxed access experience: Using this type of technology can help you save the steps and processes of repeatedly filling out personal information and entering search content.

Cookie clearing: Most browsers provide users with the function of clearing browser cache data. You can clear cookie data in the browser settings, but after clearing, you may not be able to use the cookie dependent features or services provided by us.

 

3 How do we store and protect your information

 

a. Storage of personal information

(1) Storage location

We will store the personal information of users collected within China in accordance with laws and regulations. If your personal information storage location is transferred from within China to overseas, we will strictly follow the legal provisions.

b. Protection of personal information

Protecting personal privacy is the responsibility of Yinma. When you confirm and agree to use our products or services under this agreement, in order to protect your personal privacy, we will take the following measures to protect and manage your personal information:

l   We have taken reasonable and feasible security measures that comply with industry standards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, and modification. We will use encryption technology to enhance the security of personal information; We will use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on personal information; We will deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information.

l   Establish a professional security team to strengthen the security of your personal information (including information obtained directly and indirectly), including sensitive information reporting, encrypted storage of sensitive information, and regular cleaning after one month. At the same time, for indirectly obtained personal information, we will confirm the legitimacy of its source.

l   We are not allowed to disclose, edit or disclose the content of user personal information to third parties without the user's authorization, except for reasons such as government requirements or legal agreements. During the process of sending messages to users and upon receiving them, our company will comply with industry standards to protect the user's personal information.

 

4 How do we share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information

a.Sharing

(1) Please be aware that we will only share your personal information for legitimate, legitimate, necessary, specific, and clear purposes. For companies and organizations with whom we share personal information solely for the purposes stated in this policy, we will require them to strictly comply with our agreement and take relevant security measures to protect your personal information.

b.Transfer

When we are acquired or merged with a third party, if it involves the transfer of personal information, we will require the company or organization that has acquired your personal information to continue to be bound by this agreement. Otherwise, we will require the company or organization to obtain your authorization again.

c. Public disclosure

In the following situations, we will disclose your personal information according to your wishes or legal provisions, and any issues arising from this will be borne by you personally:

l   Obtain your authorization in advance;

l   Only by providing your personal information can you provide the products and services you requested;

l   According to relevant laws and regulations;

l   According to the requirements of relevant government regulatory authorities;

l   To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of this software;

l   You agree to allow third parties to share information;

l   We have found that you have violated the user agreement or usage regulations of this software;

l   We need to provide information to the companies representing us in providing products or services (unless we notify you otherwise, these companies are not authorized to use your identification information).

 

5 How to manage your personal information

a. View your personal information

When you want to access personal information, you can contact customer service via email service@snaptobook.com Contact us for processing, and we will respond to your request and complete the operation within 15 days after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity.

b. Correcting your personal information

When you find that there are errors in the personal information we handle about you, you have the right to make corrections to the errors or incomplete information. You can contact our customer service through email service@snaptobook.com Contact us for processing, and we will respond to your request and complete the operation within 15 days after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity.

c. Delete your personal information

In the following situations, you can use email service@snaptobook.com Please request us to delete your personal information, and we will respond to your request and complete the operation within 15 days after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity:

l   If we violate laws and regulations or our agreement with you by collecting and using personal information;

l   If we violate laws and regulations or our agreement to share or transfer personal information to a third party, you have the right to demand that we immediately stop sharing or transferring such information and notify the third party to delete the corresponding information in a timely manner;

l   If you no longer use our products or services, or if you cancel your account.

d. Revoke authorization

If you decide to withdraw your authorization for this privacy agreement, you can do so online through "Home - Personal Center - Privacy Agreement - Withdrawal".

If you decide to cancel the authorization to take photos and collect your relevant personal information, you can do so through email service@snaptobook.com Contact us for assistance. We will respond to your request and complete the operation within 15 days after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity.

e. Account cancellation

You have the right to cancel your account. You can contact us through our online customer service at "Homepage - Personal Center - About Us - Cancel Account" for online operations. Please understand that after your successful cancellation, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it.

6 Personal information protection for minors

We attach great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. Our products and services are mainly aimed at adults.

According to relevant laws and regulations, if you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain written consent from your parents or legal guardian before using our services or providing us with information. If you are the guardian of a minor under the age of 14, before using the SnaptoBook service, you should read and agree to this privacy agreement for your ward and provide us with information.

If you are the guardian of a minor, if you have any questions about the personal information of the minor under your guardianship, please contact us through the contact information in Article 7.

7 Review and update of privacy agreements

1. You can view this privacy agreement by registering on the login page, or by logging into your account through "Home - Personal Center - Privacy Agreement".

2. Our services and technology will be continuously updated and optimized according to the needs of you and other users. When new services and business processes change, we will update our privacy agreement in a timely manner to inform you of specific changes. Please rest assured that without your explicit consent, we will not limit your rights under this agreement. For significant changes, we will provide  obtain your consent.
